In manual mode, you can view data similar to what's available on Artisan and save roasting profiles. The number of profiles you can save is virtually unlimited.

The saved profiles can be run in automatic mode. As long as the green bean weight or initial temperature isn't significantly different, the machine will track the temperature to create a consistent temperature curve. It can track and follow profiles created in manual mode even if the green bean weight differs by 100g or the initial temperature varies by more than 10°C.

The heater lamp has been improved in this smart version.

The lamp's lifespan has been increased, and its efficiency has been enhanced.

Unlike other roasters where the main body can get hot and pose a burn risk, the surface temperature of this machine, excluding the viewing window area and the bottom of the cyclone motor, remains within 37°C.
